At GS Optixx, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below are the details of shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer several options for receiving your order:

A. Courier to your home / business address

  • The courier will arrive at the address specified in your order
  • Shipping cost: 40 ₪.
  • Free shipping: on purchases over 1000 ₪ – shipping is on us!
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days from order confirmation.

B. Self pickup (free)

  • You can collect your order from our offices at no charge.
  • Pickup address: Avraham Boma Shavit 1, Yoka Park, Rishon LeZion F201
  • Business hours: 08:30-16:30.
  • Please wait to receive notification (by email or SMS) that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.

2. Processing and Packing Times

  • Orders received on the site will be processed and forwarded to the packing department within 1-2 business days.
  • Business days are considered Sunday-Thursday, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays. Orders received on Thursday evening will be processed on the following Sunday.

3. Delivery Areas and Exceptional Times

  • We deliver to all parts of the country.
  • However, for shipments to remote locations (Eilat, Arava settlements, Golan Heights, and settlements beyond the Green Line), a delay of an additional 3 business days beyond the normal time may occur.
  • In certain areas an additional charge may apply for an “exceptional area” according to the courier company’s rates.

4. Shipment Tracking

After the package leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the shipping company, you will receive an email / SMS notification with a tracking number and a link to the shipment status, so you can know at any moment where your package is.

5. Shipping Liability

  • GS Optixx is responsible for the integrity of the products until they reach the customer.
  • In the event of damage to the package during transit or loss of the package, we will send a new product or credit the customer the full amount, according to their choice.
  • Please make sure that the details entered when placing the order (address and mobile phone) are accurate. The company will not be liable for delays resulting from incorrect details entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
