OptoSLT M

  • laser light stimulates the body’s own healing response to lower eye pressure
  • effective as primary, adjunctive or repeat therapy
  • safe, office-based procedure
  • reimbursed by most insurance policies
OptoSLT is a laser for Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty. This is a laser procedure used to treat open angle glaucoma by reducing the pressure within the eye. The laser system is a Q-switched frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser emitting short pulses at the wavelength of 532 nm. OptoSLT emits pulses at levels from 0.2 to 2.6 mJ. Red laser diode aiming beam with continuous power adjustment allows precise targeting of the SLT laser. OptoSLT can upgraded to existing OptoYag devices.

OptoYag M

  • short treatment times
  • reduced risk of IOL pitting
  • greater patient comfort
OptoYag is a Photodisruptor for Capsulotomy and Iridotomy treatments. It is a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser emitting short pulses at the wavelength of 1064 nm. The laser is integrated into the e-SlitLight. The OptoYag emits pulses at levels from 0.5 to 10 mJ. A dual red diode aiming beam with continuous power adjustment allows precise focusing of the YAG laser.

YAG LASER:
  • short treatment times
  • reduced risk of IOL pitting
  • greater patient comfort
SLT LASER:
  • laser light stimulates the body’s own healing response to lower eye pressure

OPTOYAG&SLT IS A COMBINED UNIT WHICH INCLUDES:
  • Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm)
  • frequency doubled Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (532 nm)
Both lasers are integrated into the e-SlitLight. OptoYag&SLT is a photodisruptor and SLT laser combined into a single piece of equipment. It can be used for Capsulotomy, Iridotomy and Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty treatments.
