iCare MAIA TrueColor Microperimetry System היא מערכת מיקרופרימטריה מתקדמת להערכה תפקודית ומבנית של אזור המקולה והרשתית.
המערכת משלבת בבדיקה אחת מיפוי רגישות רשתית, ניתוח יציבות ומיקום הפיקסציה, מעקב רשתית בזמן אמת וצילום פונדוס בטכנולוגיית Confocal Infrared ו-TrueColor. שילוב זה מאפשר קישור מדויק בין מבנה הרשתית לבין תפקודה, ומסייע בזיהוי, הערכה ומעקב אחר שינויים תפקודיים הקשורים למחלות מקולריות ומחלות רשתית.
ה-iCare MAIA כוללת בדיקות מיקרופרימטריה מובנות מראש לצד אפשרות לבניית בדיקות מותאמות אישית, וכן בדיקות Follow-up למעקב אחר התקדמות לאורך זמן. מערכת המעקב הרשתית הפעילה מבצעת תיקון בזמן אמת לתנועות העין, ובכך מאפשרת בדיקה מדויקת גם במטופלים עם פיקסציה פחות יציבה.
המערכת ידידותית למטופל ולמשתמש, אינה דורשת הרחבת אישונים במקרים מתאימים, וכוללת Auto-alignment, Auto-focus, Auto-retinal tracking, Auto-exposure ומסך מגע רחב לתפעול נוח. בנוסף, היא מפיקה דוחות בדיקה והתקדמות המסייעים לצוות הקליני בקבלת תמונה ברורה של מצב הרשתית והתפקוד הראייתי.
